Information on CBD and Professor CBD Products and Services
Everyone has heard of it, but almost no one understands it. We break down the most frequently asked questions so that you can integrate, with true knowledge, cannabidiol into your self-care routine. CBD (short for cannabidiol) is one of the more than 100 components present in the cannabis plant, and is found in variable proportions depending on the strain. It is also one of the most researched cannabinoids. It does not produce any psychoactive effect and is allowed in all sports competitions.
It is sold in different formats, such as oils, flowers, sports gels or cosmetic creams.
Regarding cultivation, the Spanish government has authorized the cultivation of 25 varieties of industrial hemp through Royal Decree 1729/1999, dated November 12, 1999. For hemp cultivation to be legal in our country, the seeds must be certified by the European Union. All seeds from ProfesorCBD are certified.
Industrial hemp can be cultivated as long as the strains do not exceed a concentration of 0.2% THC among their cannabinoids.
The European laws that govern the cultivation of CBD hemp are European Decree No. 639-2014 and European Regulation No. 1307/2013.

Delivery times and shipping costs
At ProfessorCBD we offer you several options:
1st. You can choose to pick up your product at the ProfessorCBD headquarters, in Madrid, at Juan de Mariana Street, 15 (Talent Garden), from Monday to Thursday from 9:30 a.m. to 2 p.m., or from 3:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m., or Friday from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. To do this, choose Nacex as the shipping method, but request in the comments that you want to come pick it up and when.
2nd. You can choose to receive it at the address you want. We ship to all of Spain (except to Ceuta and Melilla; also, to the Canary Islands, we do not send flowers and resins). We also ship to part of Europe (consult with hello@profesorcbd.com ). Orders outside of Spain are made through our chat or via email hello@profesorcbd.com.
As a general rule, packages are shipped the same business day that the order is received. But we promise that it will be within 24 hours of receiving payment (working days). In Madrid postal codes that begin with 280, we provide an express service: if you place your order before 12 noon, you will receive it that same afternoon (working days only).
The type of shipping we have contracted for the rest is 24-72 hours from when the delivery company picks up the package. 96% of shipments arrive the next day, but don't forget that the delivery service has up to 72 hours to get it to you.
Keep in mind that we are talking about business days, so orders placed from Thursday to Sunday may arrive on Mondays or later days, depending on deadlines. For orders placed over the weekend, handling time can range from 24-48 hours counting from Monday at 9am. That is, if there is a large volume of orders placed between Friday afternoon and Sunday night, there is a risk that not all of them will leave the warehouse on Monday. In that case, they will do it on Tuesday.
In abnormal situations, such as a state of alarm, there may be exceptional delays. Today, we operate normally.
In addition, we are the only CBD flower and resin store currently operating on Glovo in Spain. If you buy through their application, you will receive the order at home within 25-40 minutes. The service, at the moment, is only provided in Madrid (we are expanding areas). Our Glovo store hours are Monday to Thursday from 9:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. And on Fridays, from 9:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.
About the delivery of packages
If you buy on our websites and choose postal shipping, normally the carrier will send you a link or SMS so you can track your order online. You can always send us an email to hello@profesorcbd.com, and we will try to help you with any questions.
We are not responsible for any damage to your package when it leaves our warehouse, but we do our best to protect fragile items. The boxes are small and your items will be well protected.
Shipping costs are free from 35 euros, in the Peninsula. For the Balearic Islands, shipping costs are included from €70. . Customs charges are not included, if any.
This would be the script from our logistics department:
-Day 1. You place the order.
If it is from Monday to Thursday and before 5 p.m., it is very possible that it will leave that same day. If it is later, it is unlikely but possible, it will depend on the workload. If you live in a neighborhood of Madrid whose postal code begins with 280 and you have placed the order before 12 noon, you will receive the order the same day you place it.
-Day 2. Next business day.
If it came out on day 1, you may receive it today. Above all, in the provincial capitals. In towns, the carrier may take a day longer. It depends on the logistics route.
If it didn't come out on day 1, it is manipulated. If it is a pack, it can take up to 2 days of handling. Under normal conditions, this day is shipped.
-Day 3. 48 hours have already passed since the 'click' of your purchase.
100% of the orders placed on day 1 have already shipped. And they will arrive at their destination within 24-72 hours, on business days.
